①Recruitment Information for Job Placement

Job Description	Work in airport facilities Provide facility guidance, drive passenger carts, maintain and preserve mobility services, etc. ※Scope of changes: Duties as defined by the company. Job responsibilities may change according to the company’s situation, as well as the individual’s aptitude and work performance.
Type of employment	◆Full-time employee Trial period: 3 months for regular employees (during the trial period, employment will be as a contract, after which the ability will be judged and a regular employee will be hired). ◆Contract employee, part-time, temporary employee Probationary period: 1 month Contract Duration: 1 year Maximum total contract length: 5 years ※Possibility of contract renewal (based on work performance, attitude, skills, and the company’s financial situation). ※Possibility of becoming a permanent employee (based on mutual interest and evaluation, work performance, and the company’s financial situation).
Salary Structure	◆Full-time employee, contract employee Basic salary: ¥247,450 ～ + various allowances ※The above amount includes position allowances and estimated overtime pay (7 hours per month, ¥12,250 ～). Overtime is fully compensated. ※Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and company regulations. ※Full-time employees: Bonuses twice a year; full-time and Contract employees: Salary increases once a year ◆Part-time, Temporary Worker 8:00 AM – 22:00 PM: ¥1,320/hour + various allowances 22:00 PM – 8:00 AM: ¥1,650/hour + various allowances ※During the probationary period: ¥1,280/hour ※Overtime required.
Eligibility Requirements	In general, candidates must meet the following criteria ・Educational background: Technical school or junior college graduate or higher ・Experience and Skills: ①◆Full-time employee　Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)above N2 level Required 　◆Contract employee　Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) above N2 level Required 　◆Part-time, Temporary Worker Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) About N2 level ②No previous experience required ※Even if you have no experience, we will provide thorough training and guidance if you are motivated to learn. ・Other: Preferably with a driver’s license. ・Desired Employee Qualities: A person who values human relationships, has a desire for growth, and works well in a team.
Work Location	Haneda Airport ※Extent of changes: You may be required to relocate to another location as determined by the company.
Working Hours	◆Full-time employee, contract employee: Flextime System ◆Part-time, temporary employee: Shift system, available from 2 days a week (working hours are negotiable) Example Working Hours Early shift: 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM (1 hour break) Late shift: 13:00 – 22:00 (1 hour break) Night shift: 22:00 PM – 8:00 AM (2 hour break) ※Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs.
